The 5th Polish-German Teletraffic Symposium (PGTS) will be held at the Technische Universität Berlin, Germany.
The PGTS series was initiated in 2000 and have been since then continued every second year. PGTS is an extension of the annual Polish Teletraffic Symposium – an event organized since 1994. Since its beginning, PGTS has now become a major European conference with contributions from Germany, Poland, and many other countries.
Polish-German Teletraffic Symposium is a series of international symposia providing an international forum for discussions between researchers, practitioners, and students interested in teletraffic – a discipline covering phenomena in control and transport of information within communication and computer networks.
Topics of PGTS '08 cover the subjects related to architectures, technology, and operation of modern telecommunication and computer networks, broad-band and mobile communication systems, integration of a broad spectrum of services, computer and communication systems applications, methods and tools for networks and services modeling, networks and services planning, forecasting and management, performance evaluation, etc.
