Anmeldungen zu Modulprüfungen
An die Studierenden und die Modul-Prüferinnen und -Prüfer,
Die Satzung der AllgPO der TU sieht vor, dass Modulprüfungen über das QISPOS-System im Prüfungsamt elektronisch angemeldet werden. Die elektronische Prüfungsanmeldung wird seit dem vergangenen Semester bereits für die Grundlagenmodule in den Bachelorstudiengängen praktiziert, für die Fachstudiums- und die Master-Module gilt das noch nicht. Einige Sachbearbeiter der Prüfungsämter haben dennoch schon auf eine Anmeldung für eine Modulprüfung im Prüfungsamt bestanden, andere nicht. Die bisherige Regelung der AllgPO der Fakultät sah eine Prüfungsanmeldung beim Modulverantwortlichen vor. Diese Regelung ist formal seit Inkrafttreten der TU-Ordnung außer Kraft. Spätestens bis zum Beginn des Wintersemesters 2009/2010 muss die Fakultät ihre eigenen AllgPO entsprechend angepasst haben.
Für den Zeitraum von sofort an bis zum 30.9.09 (Ende des SS 09) hat die Fakultät IV mit den Prüfungsämtern vereinbart, wegen der noch nicht umgesetzten flächendeckenden Einführung der elektronischen Prüfungsanmeldung und den derzeit sehr langen Wartezeiten vor den Prüfungsämtern, die Prüfungsanmeldung bei den Modulverantwortlichen zu belassen.
Achtung, die Regelung gilt nur für Modulprüfungen der Module der Fakultät und nur für die Bachelor- und Masterstudiengänge.

Registration to module exams
To the students and module examiners!
The statute of the general examination rules of TU provides the registration of module exams electronically to the examination office via the QISPOS system. The electronic restration to/of exams has already been used for the basic modules in bachelor courses, last term, but not yet for advanced or master modules. Some consultants at the exam offices still insisted on registration for module exams in the exam offices, some did not. By now, the general examination rules provided registrations for exams at the responsible persons for the modules. Formally, this rule has become invalid when the general TU examination roles became effective. By winter semester 2009/10, the department IV has to adjust its examination rules accordingly.
From now on until 09/30/09 (end of summer semester 09), the department IV agreed with the examination offices that the registration for module exams is left with the responsible persons for the module because of the missing implementation of electronic exam registration.
Note, this rules only apply for module exams of the department and only for bachelor and master programs.
