I am a Senior Research Scientist at Deutsche Telekom Laboratories (T-Labs). Previously I was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto. I received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, and a B.Sc. degree in Informatics from the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Bucharest, Romania.
I am interested in the stochastic analysis of communication networks, resource allocation, randomized algorithms.
